Elsa Hiltner | Artistic Associate

This season Elsa will start off by designing costumes for The Castle of Otranto at First Folio. Past First Folio costume design credits include The Madness of Edgar Allan Poe: A Love Story, Jeeves Intervenes, Driving Miss Daisy (Jeff Nominated – Costume Design), Much Ado About Nothing, Design for Living, and A Moon for the Misbegotten. Other favorite Chicago credits include The Autumn Garden (Eclipse Theatre Company); The Birthday Party (Signal Ensemble), Jon (Collaboraction), andEl Grito del Bronx (Collaboraction/Teatro Vista/The Goodman). Elsa is also a Company Member of Collaboraction. Before moving to Chicago , she designed for many Seattle area theatres including Balagan Theatre, SecondStory Repertory Theatre, Western Washington University , and Book-It Repertory Theatre. Currently she is designing and drafting as the Spectacle Costume Shop manager at Columbia College Chicago.
