COVID-19 Update for Our Patrons
A LETTER TO OUR FIRST FOLIO FAMILY
First Folio Theatre has announced that its production of Louisa May Alcott’s Little Women has been officially cancelled. Ticket buyers will have the option of donating the cost of their tickets back to First Folio, after which we will provide you with a thank you letter for the donation which may be tax deductible (please check with your tax professional). This is the option which would help First Folio the most and help make it possible to weather this financial storm. Alternatively, First Folio will credit your account for the ticket price and you may apply that to a future ticket purchase.
Ticket buyers may contact First Folio by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org
In the meantime, we urge everyone to follow the guidelines issued by the CDC, Illinois Department of Public Health, and the DuPage County Health Department (links are available below).
As a non-profit arts institution, the impact of lost or even delayed performances is large, but the understanding and support of our patrons can go a long way to helping us weather these artistic and fiscal storms. This is why we are asking audience members and subscribers with tickets to our current production to consider converting their purchase to a donation or crediting the value of their tickets towards future productions if they cannot attend any revised performance schedule. Another way to help support us during this time would be to purchase your subscriptions to our 2020-2021 season right away. And, of course, making donations to First Folio to help us through these difficult times would always be appreciated. More information on subscribing and donating will always be available at FirstFolio.org
Anyone who has questions should contact us at email@example.com and we will get back to you as quickly as we can.
These are unprecedented times, but together we will get through them. And we look forward to sharing many more wonderful productions in the future.
Be well. Stay safe.

MORE INFORMATION ABOUT COVID-19
The health and safety of our audiences, artists, and staff remains of utmost importance. We are taking guidance from public health experts at the CDC, Illinois Department of Public Health, and the DuPage County Health Department
When we return, we will continue following their recommendations, including increasing the frequency of disinfecting commonly touched areas and placing additional alcohol-based sanitizers in the lobby for patron use. We encourage everyone who enters our facility to use common sense practices to stay healthy, including frequent handwashing and covering coughs and sneezes, along with staying home if you feel ill. We look forward to seeing you at the Theatre when we return!
