Michael Goldberg | Artistic Associate

Michael Goldberg is directing this season’s production of The Madness of Edgar Allan Poe. Previous First Folio directing assignments include Twelfth Night (2010), Much Ado About Nothing (2008) and A Midsummer Night’s Dream (2004). His movement and combat work for the company include Richard III, Hamlet, Much Ado About Nothing and several school touring productions. He has choreographed for many of Chicago’s stages including the Chicago Shakespeare Theatre, the Court Theatre, Lookingglass Theatre, Provision Theatre, Shattered Globe, American Theatre Company, and Wisdom Bridge Theatre. He resides in the Chicago area with his wife, Kelly, and their sons, Jacob and Will.
